Maz graduated the LEAD Programme at Lancaster University Management School on 16th July 2009.

 

The LEAD is a 10 month leadership programme designed specifically for owner-managers of businesses with less than 20 employees.  It is based on the principle that leaders learn by experience and concentrates on two areas of the business: the business itself and the personal development of the individual.

 

Maz was amongst 27 students on the course offering and sharing a wealth of experience and expertise.  The programme structure consisted of master classes, coaching sessions, group discussions, self expression, presentations, action learning sets to name just a few.

 

Maz feels that some or even the entire group will continue to keep in touch both socially and for business purposes.  It was a great experience and has definitely helped Maz to identify where she sits within Linco and what she has to offer.
