The attached charges are for any period of the standard working day between the hours of 0800hrs and 1800hrs. (i.e. A half day could be 1000hrs to 1400hrs and a full day could be 0900hrs to 1700hrs))
Works required outside of these hours are subject to negotiation.
Materials and parts are charged separately – Large projects are priced separately
Customers with a valid maintenance contract are entitled to one site visit per year FREE OF CHARGE, this is a half a day and includes such things as system checking , programming changes you may want, revised system set ups and software upgrades. We will always contact you to arrange a convenient date for this annual visit.
Please note this visit does not include physical installation effort such as running cables etc.
Maintained customers receive all telephone support FREE OF CHARGE.
Non maintained customers wishing to have telephone support (technical) will be charged at the rate of £55.00 per hour or part thereof.
* Non-maintained work is that NOT covered by a current maintenance contract, such as additional voice/data cabling, system re-programming, moves and changes etc
Standard Response lead times - Please note that the lead time for engineering call outs & remote programming is typically one week; this is based upon the customer opting for ‘Standard Monday - Friday’ rates and applies from the point that a valid instruction to proceed is received.
Premium Response lead times – These charges are based upon the customer requiring urgent moves/changes etc. and are scheduled for engineer attendance within 2 business days from the point of a valid instruction to proceed being received.
