CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Linco Communications was established as a business in 1989 and the overall company ethos remains the same - that is excellent customer service. Many of our customers today have been with us since those early days, they have grown as we have grown, its all about knowing your customers and caring about them.
From our Head Office in Lancaster, Lancashire we support our nationwide customer base, from Torquay in the South West to Newcastle in the North East. Our network of nationwide technicians each having their own region and as such get to know their customers which makes for quicker and friendlier service, all our installed sites have remote access which enables speedy response to customer demands.
We have fully trained ShoreTel and NEC trained technicians. We are ShoreTel Champion Partners and therefore have direct access to their technical assistance centres across the world. In addition we have access to NEC's technical support in Nottingham UK.
